Nicole is a Licensed Professional Counselor committed to helping individuals experiencing acute or chronic issues by focusing on overall well-being, effective coping strategies, and development of insight about how thoughts, emotions, and behavior are connected. She collaborates with clients in identifying and reaching their goals and fosters a warm, empathetic environment where people can grow and feel confident about making change.

Nicole is passionate about creating strategies and resources for both teens and adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, life stressors, parenting, relationship issues, grief and loss, and emotional or professional transitions. Nicole uses cognitive behavioral, solution focused, and acceptance based theoretical models to assist clients in regulating emotions, resolving difficult problems, improving communication, and increasing self-esteem. 

Nicole is a graduate of Marymount University and has worked in the private practice setting since 2018. Nicole is board certified by the National Board of Clinical Counselors and is a member of the American Counseling Association.
